Understanding Your Fertile Window
When trying to conceive, timing is critical. Your "fertile window" is the small number of days each month when pregnancy is possible. This period includes the few days leading up to ovulation (when an egg is released) and the day of ovulation itself. This calculator helps you estimate this crucial window by tracking your menstrual cycle, taking the guesswork out of the process and helping you identify the best time to conceive.
How to Predict Your Most Fertile Days
To estimate your fertile window, you only need two pieces of information:
- First Day of Your Last Period: Select the date your last menstrual period began.
- Average Cycle Length: Enter the typical number of days from the start of one period to the start of the next. For most women, this is between 21 and 35 days.
The calculator will then provide your estimated ovulation date and your most fertile days for the upcoming cycle.
